Account Deletion

How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your PocketScroll account and all associated data, please send an email to
support@wrapperit.com with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request".
In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your PocketScroll account
- Your Patreon display name (if applicable)
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your PocketScroll account and profile information
- Your Patreon association and subscription data stored in our system
- Any access codes linked to your account
- Server configurations associated with your account
What Is Not Affected
- Foundry VTT data: Your characters, campaigns, and game data live on your Foundry VTT server and are not affected by account deletion.
- Patreon account: Your Patreon account and subscription are managed by Patreon and are not affected. You can manage your Patreon membership separately at patreon.com.
- Local app data: Data stored on your device (such as your saved server URL) can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
